As someone who has actively grinded for the fun of it in these final fantasy games, I don't know if I have the mental capacity to try this, given how I'm almost certain Gaffgarion is programmed to be a self-centred prick, much like his actual self

As of 2021-07-14: Installed everything according to the guide, Tool output was blank and outfits were not changing. Tried everything else anyone suggested - no success. Finally i fixed it: 1. Extract everything and change settings file according to the video guide, don't install the NodeJS from the archive. 2. Download and install the latest NodeJS from the internet - my version is 16.5.0 3. Make your PC user owner of the C:\Games\BNS\contents folder 4. Run the BladeSoulTool.exe as an Administrator from the \VS_GUI\BladeSoulTool\bin\Debug folder 5. When you click Replace outfits, BnS Tool Output should finish with the "Done, without errors" message. 6. Go into the game, you should see costume change on the character selection screen. 7. No need for BnSbuddy, works with official launcher.

If you read the comments you will realize something... Very few people know that magic exists in the game. If you're level 99 with bad equipment... the Oracle is the best class for Sleep or Petrify and of course Faith, the Time Mage for Stop, Haste, and Slow. Black Mage for damage (Don't use the Summoner unless you're playing the PS1 NA version) In fact if you're going to level up like this... I recommend making/keeping Ramza your mage. He can get a 97 base Faith which gives him not only stupid high success rate and no need for Faith buffing/equipment but also lets your allies have low Faith for physical based teams. Meaning your allies get magic resistance. Scream also boosts his MA being one of the very few methods to raise MA mid battle though you'll want Short Charge/Half Charge to make use of this effectively. (This also makes him the only really usable Summoner... but summon spells deal so little damage compared to Black Magic in WotL or the Japanese version it is a joke.) Basically... use magic.

In order to make this work, I had to open a command prompt and install grunt globally with "npm i -g grunt". Hope that helps anyone who's gotten this working, but it's not actually replacing models for them.

some people are missing the point.. the point is you CAN do it no that you should. this isn't an effective or efficient strategy for getting excalibur and ragnarok early.

I recently got this game. I'm also in chapter 3. I did the cactuar mission over and over near hammerhead. I'm almost maxed level, have the 100 percent camping meal, have 2 moogle charm bracelet things, and already have the maxed ultima blade, and maxed the one lance. You can do a lot in chapter 3.

With a max level crew, are those swords necessary?

It is easier to get it from ninjas in the twin mages mission using almost the same method.

Well, at lv 99, what is even the point of Excalibur and Ragnarok when you can just steamroll with a perfectly built team.

You can get the best weapons in chapter2 With that grinding you don't need them lol
